ORDER PROCESSING TIMES & ORDER TRACKING

Orders typically take 1-3 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 5 days. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will receive an email outlining what was shipped and what is pending.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES 

We use Canada Post XpressPost for most of our orders. The reason why we use it is to get you the product faster. Especially for our premium coffees and teas and perishable items, it is important that you get it quickly.

There are times that we do not have the item in our Canadian warehouse and we will have it shipped over from another one. We will notify you at that time.

Canada Post Xpresspost: 1-4 Business Days
International Warehouse: 5-15 Business Days

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note that duties and taxes will have to be paid for the buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for these costs. 

CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.
